Why managers think that every problem needs to be solved today; like there is no tomorrow.
Another interesting things about them is that they treat every task in project as ping-pong ball. You do not need to place it on other side of the table to win the game. Projects are game of football – you need to tackle the ball, do you part to take it forward, and pass it on to next player who can take it further. Eventually someone needs to make a goal. I am sure I do not need to explain what strikers, midfielders, defenders and goal keepers do. (I m sure MJ can write story on this.)
Also remember that you do not win world cup by beating weaker teams; you need to beat teams stronger than yours.
